In FY2025, we achieved a record-high consolidated net income of 600.3 billion yen. This achievement reflects the steady progress of the initiatives we have put into action under our Medium-Term Management Plan 2026, as well as the trust and support of our stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, business partners, local communities, and our employees.

The Medium-Term Management Plan 2026   has now entered its final year. Through this plan, we aim to become “No.1 in Each Field” by sharpening our competitive advantages and achieving growth through addressing social challenges. To realize this, we will further reinforce our strengths, while steadily advancing asset replacement and business turnaround initiatives, thereby continuing to enhance the quality of our business portfolio.

We also recognize the evolution of digital and AI technologies as a significant growth opportunity. Accordingly, we have formulated our Digital & AI Strategy (DAIS) to drive business transformation across the Group. By combining the expertise cultivated across our businesses with digital solutions, and leveraging flexible thinking and strong execution, we will contribute to the transformation of society and industries.
