Recently, there have been reported cases that some individuals were offered jobs from someone who misrepresented themselves as our company.

It has been reported that they impersonated us, conducted remote interviews outside Singapore, and charged applicants for the submission of a work pass application. Please note that Sumitomo Corporation Asia and Oceania does not charge any fee, nor require any monetary deposits from applicants at any stage of employment screening.

We would therefore ask you to be vigilant and careful when you receive unsolicited emails or contacts purportedly from Sumitomo Corporation Asia and Oceania, or its recruitment agency. If you have any doubt or question, please write to us via the Contact Form on our website.
