The building was completed on December 15, 2025, and a completion ceremony was held on January 16, 2026.
Interior fit-out work for tenant spaces will continue, with office tenants scheduled to begin moving in from spring 2026 and the commercial floors expected to open in July 2026.

The project consolidates land and buildings through an urban redevelopment initiative to create a large-scale, office-centric mixed-use complex suited for one of Osaka's premier locations – a gateway to Midosuji and adjacent to the Nakanoshima district. Future development of Okawacho Park will also create an open waterfront space rich in greenery, contributing to the revitalization and sustainable growth of the Yodoyabashi area and the creation of a welcoming urban environment.
The project is also actively advancing energy-saving and low-carbon initiatives toward the realization of a decarbonized society. It is expected to obtain LEED Gold certification, an internationally recognized environmental performance rating.

Building Exterior (View from Yodoyabashi)

A new landmark emerging at the gateway to Midosuji, Osaka’s main boulevard. By emphasizing the podium, the design harmonizes with the Midosuji streetscape while creating a powerful and memorable appearance toward the intersection, expressing a strong sense of solidity.

Building Exterior (View from the Northwest)

Blessed with an open location open to the Nakanoshima area, a symbol of Osaka as a city of water. The design places strong emphasis on connections to the Tosabori River waterfront and surrounding greenery, with careful attention paid to the building’s presence and the beauty of its silhouette when viewed from afar.

Main Entrance

A distinctive entrance that leaves a strong impression on the intersection. The cylindrical form composed of mirrored mullions and glass sparkles like the surface of the Tosabori River, reflecting the surrounding cityscape during the day, and at night, transmitting the vibrancy of interior activity outward to animate the streetscape.

The tower was conceived as a new gateway at the entrance to Midosuji – a starting point for the evolution and globalization of Osaka’s world of business. The building’s form, with a strong sense of weight at the podium, and the lattice-window detailing on the façade express the distinctive presence of this "gateway."

The logo design reflects the building’s podium and upper-floor form, giving visual weight to the lower levels while maintaining a sharp, modern profile. The result is a highly recognizable symbol befitting a landmark office building.
