In addition to the opening of retail outlets and business support facilities across the commercial zone (B1–2F) and the community mixed-use zone (11F), the rooftop garden on the 11th floor will also be open to the public.

Overall Concept of Facility and Floor Layout

Completed on December 15, 2025, the Facility is a large-scale, office-centric, mixed-use development designed to create a refined and vibrant destination befitting its prime location as the gateway to Midosuji and adjacent to Nakanoshima – one of Osaka's most prestigious business districts. By developing open, waterfront spaces within the project site and in surrounding areas such as Okawacho Park, the project aims to contribute to the regeneration and growth of the Yodoyabashi area by building a rich and vibrant urban environment.

The building comprises 29 above-ground floors and two basement levels. The commercial zone is located from the basement to the 2nd floor, while office floors occupy the 3rd to 9th floor and the 11th to 27th floors. The 11th floor, forming the top level of the building's podium, serves as an open community space incorporating a rooftop garden and public benefit functions. Occupancy of the office floors will commence progressively from May 2026.

Commercial Zone Spatial Design Concept

The commercial zone (B1–2F) adopts a spatial design concept centered on the themes of "water surface," "city" and "nature," organically connecting the urban environment, people and retail spaces. Through the use of light and curved design elements, the space encourages natural circulation and flow. The concept of "toki kagami" ("time mirror") further underpins the design, aiming to create a commercial space that reflects the evolving cityscape and values of Yodoyabashi over time.

Overall Concept for the Commercial Zone

Located in one of Osaka's premier office districts, the commercial zone is designed not merely as a convenience offering, but as a space that enhances the status of those who work there. Under the key phrase "Yodoyabashi Status UP," the merchandising strategy proposes new styles of working and lifestyle, with a total of 29 distinctive tenants scheduled to open progressively from July 2026.

Leveraging its direct connection to Yodoyabashi Station, the Facility will serve as a new business hub integrating office and retail functions, contributing to the continued revitalization of the Yodoyabashi area.
