Recent media reports about our used railcar business in Indonesia

Yesterday and today, there were some media reports in relation to Sumitomo Corporation's used railcar business in Indonesia. Taking into account, among other things, that proceedings are ongoing in Indonesia against the former Director General of Railways for the Ministry of Transportation of Indonesia, we are not able to state our position on this matter.
However, in due course when the opportunity arises, we intend to make an explanation.
