Project Achievement
Sumitomo Corporation entered the Indian real estate market in 2016 by participating in a high-grade apartment development project, the Krisumi City Project, in Gurugram.
The Krisumi City Project aims to construct approximately 2,800 housing units over a total of four phases on a site of about 33 acres, making it one of the largest development projects in Gurugram. This project has been developed by Krisumi Corporation, which is the first Indo-Japanese joint venture in India, established by the Krishna Group and Sumitomo Corporation.
