At Sumitomo Corporation India, New Business Development Department - Strategic Alliance and Business Development Unit takes pride in delivering new products and services to market in collaboration with our business partners, thus creating an innovative business portfolio. We have established a leadership position through our products and services portfolio, deep market insights and best in class commercial capabilities.

Strategic Alliance and Business Development Unit (SABDU) works towards development of new businesses collaborating with and utilizing our existing business assets in India along with identifying and creating relations with potential partners, With our identity 1) “Sprit of Challenge (be not afraid of trying something new )”, 2) “Digital Transformation (DX) “.
Bengaluru office (started in Feb 2020) will facilitate the process in market research and analysis of new business opportunities, especially related to Indian startup companies, to leverage the innovative/disruptive technologies for increasing the value of our existing businesses and aligning with new next‐generation businesses.
