an urban development business that brings city and communities growth and prosperity based on real estate such as office buildings, retail facilities, residences, and sustainable cities; an industrial development business that develops urban infrastructure centered on industrial parks, railways, and digital infrastructure; and an urban development solutions business that incorporates a wide range of products and services related to urban development, including materials and equipment supply, logistics, and insurance services.
