Sumitomo has been importing and marketing fertilizer in Australia since 1989. This business was restructured in 2005 to consolidate all operations within the wholly owned group subsidiary Summit Rural WA Pty Ltd, trading as Summit Fertilizers. Summit’s head office is in Kwinana. The company has five depots located in the main agricultural areas in the south west region of Western Australia.

Summit has a global network of raw material suppliers. We market both liquid and dry fertilizers, custom blends in order to meet customers’ unique requirements. We also provide a wide range of on-farm services such as soil analysis and plant testing by our own agronomists or trained agents. We have a history of product innovation and are now the second largest fertilizer marketer in Western Australia.
