B&L Pipeco Services Strengthens North American Reach with Investment in Varigate Tubulars
Sumitomo Corporation of Americas (SCOA) is pleased to highlight a significant milestone in its energy sector portfolio. SCOA Group Company B&L Pipeco Services, Inc., a leading provider of upstream products and services in the North American energy sector, has acquired an ownership stake in Varigate Tubulars Ltd.

This investment strengthens one of SCOA’s core businesses in oil well tubulars and expands its distribution capabilities across the North American market. The newly consolidated entity, B&L Pipeco Services Canada, Inc., represents a focused effort to deliver enhanced value to customers by combining B&L’s experience in tubular supply and logistics with local operational expertise. Under the new structure, Varigate Tubulars will continue operating under its established brand as a division of B&L Pipeco Services Canada.
