Christopher traces his path from commercial litigator to in-house counsel helping SCOA build a responsible AI framework, and explains why he treats AI as an eager but unreliable junior analyst that can accelerate the work but still requires constant validation. Despite the mounting risks, he remains cautiously optimistic that AI is steering humanity toward utopia rather than dystopia, but that is provided organizations build guardrails brick by brick before the technology outpaces them.
